Dalyan honored with best open spaces in Europe 2008 awards by The Times Travel Green Spaces Award.
Dalyan is in South West Turkey on the Turquoise Coast where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean.A small village in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Dalyan is historic, unhurried and unspoilt village surrounded by pine-clad hills, cotton fields and miles of untouched coastline. It’s close to the astonishing rock tombs carved out of the local cliffs 2,500 years ago.
Today first stop is Sultaniye Thermal and mud baths. With a boat we reach Sultaniye Spa.The mud has anti-ageing properties and if you let it dry in the sun, it shrinks your skin and removes the wrinkles at the same time. It is hard to underestimate the number of people who say they had suffered waist pains, rheumatism and sciatica until they came here.
We have a lunch in a restaurant in the village.
After our lunch we continue for turtle beach.Iztuzu (turtle beach) is the second most important site for endangered loggerheads in Turkey, and with its hinterland of briny lakes and reed-fringed river channels, arguably its most beautiful beach. Here you have chance to swim.
At the end of tour ,drive back and drop off hotels.
